May 10th @7:00 Tony Falco has invited us to sort through a box of old canceled checks, he found in the attic of the button factory on dock road, while doing his restoration of the building. He has graciously offered to give some of the checks to the decedents of the original payee.
Note: the location of the meeting will be announced in the minutes we may be able to hold it at the button factory instead of the library.

June 14th @7:00 House tours start with Colonel Lewis Dubois's revolutionary war home, where Benidict Arnold's name was stricken from the masonic list. Now owned by George and Marie Rusk
July 12th @7:00 Locust Grove tour rt 9 in Poughkeepsie, We will tour the house first and will end with refreshments on the grounds watching a beautiful sunset. Note: TOUR WILL START AT SIX ANY ONE WISHING TO CAR POOL SHOULD MEET AT LIBRARY AROUND 5:00
August 9th @7:00 we will meet at the Marlboro Yacht Club at the bottom of Dock rd (first right after raccoon saloon going north on 9w) our own Sam Quimby will give us a history of the Club
Sept 13 @7:00 Vivian Wadlin will host us at Vintage Village on vineyard ave in Highland.
Vintage Village depicts the American Family in their homes during Christmas from 1600s through 2000. Each family member is dressed in the appropriate clothing for the era and their furniture and homes are also of the correct era.

Oct 11 2007 @7:00 pm (Milton library) Rob Yasinsac Author of "Hudson Valley Ruins" will talk and show us some slides on famous and historic ruins around the valley.Check out his web site www.hudsonvalleyruins.org ,and think of some ruins in our area he may not know of, or that you would like documented,
Nov 8th at 7:00 (Milton library) Walter Kierzkowski,with the O&W rail road museum will be giving us a history of the rail road line with a slide presentation. He will also have a table of the O&W museum souvenirs for us to browse through and purchase.

Special Notice:

DEC 13th we will be having a Christmas party instead of a meeting!!
